One month later…

My new site design has been up for a month now, and it’s seen a huge improvement over its previous incarnation.
This has been partly due to a push by myself towards better self-promotion, but also hugely thanks to a number of great fellow designers, all of whom are quick and willing to help out at a moment’s notice.
This post goes out to them, and the various sites I’ve latched onto to shout about this site — thanks, guys!

Calvin, Robert, Andy: You’re all very welcome! You deserve the shout-outs, not just for helping me, but for the dozens (hundreds?) of others that get a boost from you guys.
Tanya: Thanks for looking, I hope you get some fun follows or useful sites out of it :-)
Emily: Cheers, much appreciated! I’m not sure what the 1 million / 500,000 are referring to, but it sounds impressive — congratulations! I agree, it seems to make a difference to traffic, and certainly makes it far easier to write, to just focus on adding content that you think has value, rather than writing for the search engines. I dropped you a comment on your latest post earlier — that’s some great picks in there!
