Job hunting in London

Life is, once again, hectic! Last weekend I was flat-hunting in London for a place to share with my best friend and his girlfriend, and we found a beautiful flat in Tulse Hill, just south of Brixton. So now it's push time for getting money and forms and signatures all together in time for our move on July 1st.
Along with that, there have been birthday celebrations and football matches all competing to take my time away from completing my CV and print- and email-ready portfolio for me to use in applying for permanent positions in London. I'm hoping to get that finished tonight or in the early hours of tomorrow so that I can send off some applications in the morning. Annoyingly, I've also got to fix the Articles page on my site, which recently stopped loading for no apparent reason. I'm assuming it's down to some wayward .htaccess rule, but as I've made no recent changes there, it's a little confusing right now.
I can feel that all this effort now is going to be worth it — in a fortnight's time, I'm going to be in our newly refurbished flat in an area with great food markets and entertainment, I'll be seeing friends that I've been unable to catch up with for a while, and (hopefully), I'll have a new job with some cool design firm, which is one of the most exciting prospects… I'm ready for something more challenging — it's most definitely time to push myself further than I am right now.
So of course, I have to mention this before I post this — if you are in a position to offer a vacancy somewhere, and you like what I do, please get in touch!
