How to Create Replacement Page Titles in WordPress

I’ve been too busy to spot this getting published at the time, but I’ve just noticed that I had my screencast tutorial published a couple of weeks ago at styl.eti.me, showing how to replace your Page titles in WordPress with custom values, different to those shown in your site’s navigation. Thanks to Roger for hosting it!

Go check it out, and let me know what you think of it!

This is very helpful.

In addition, I wanted to let your audience know my impression of your references.

I very much like the comments about your working style and product on this site.

The one I liked best was one that probably doesn’t stand out for most, and that is the one referencing your taking notes.

It is amazing how many people will not do that because they are afraid as coming off as less intelligent OR not actively participating in the client interview.

And, in fact, I have been scolded for that very thing in the past.

On the other hand, that this client understands that note taking IS an active highlighting of the feel of an interview, is a testimony both to you, the artist, for making him feel comfortable with that logistics format, and the client himself.

I have had interviews where I was on the hiring end of the equation, and asked if the person wanted to take notes. I gave permission for him to do so. He indicated that, no, he would retain the information.

THAT didn’t happen at all, and the contract was never consummated.

I am impressed by not only your artistry, but by the deadline satisfaction as well as the understandings you make certain you have before wasting both your creative energy getting it wrong, and the clients time and money.

I have read the post linking to this post and I found it very nice. I just wondered if changing the page title in page setting in wordpress is just the same on whet is instructed on that post because isn’t it you can also change the title of the page even not using that code?
