Getting ready for the move

Things are all coming together for the upcoming move to Brixton… My portfolio and CV are done, and I've started applying to jobs in south and central London (fingers crossed!), I've started packing my stuff away into boxes, and the lease contract should be emailed to Tom, Kylie and I at some point this morning.

Just got to sort out internet and TV for the new flat now — I'll get on the phone to Virgin later, see if we can't wangle our way into another £30/month XL student package (Kylie's starting a post-grad course in September, so we should qualify). Ideal for making use of our big, new flatscreen telly! I'm just starting to be aware of all the little things that we're going to have to buy for the place, like a kettle, phone, bins, etc. — the sort of items that are essential, but you look over. I guess our first weekend's going to be spend down in Ikea!
